וליתני אא"כ הרחיק מבורו של חבירו ג' טפחים הא קמ"ל דכותל בור שלשה טפחים נפקא מינה למקח וממכר כדתניא האומר לחבירו בור וכותליה אני מוכר לך צריך שיהא הכותל שלשה טפחים
